- Communicate calmly; refrain from yelling, swearing, or using threatening language.
- Silence or turn off all cell phones and electronic devices during appointments.
- Keep all weapons, illegal substances, and alcohol out of the clinic premises.
- Respect the privacy of other patients by not taking photos or recording on clinic grounds without authorization.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, abusive, or violent behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Physical assault or the threat of violence.
- Discriminatory remarks (e.g., offensive comments about race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation).
- Sexual harassment, suggestive comments, or inappropriate physical gestures.
Consequences of Policy Violation
If a patient engages in unacceptable behavior, clinic staff and physicians reserve the right to:
- Issue a verbal warning and ask the individual to stop the disruptive behavior.
- Ask the individual to leave the premises.
- Contact local law enforcement if there is an immediate threat to safety.
- Terminate the patient-physician relationship and discharge the patient from the clinic.

Security and Risks

- Separate Consent Needed:Simply giving us your email does not mean we will send you private medical files. We will ask for your separate, explicit consent before emailing any sensitive health information (like lab results or prescriptions). Please ask front staff to give you Informed Consent form
